Who Are Pama?
Pama is a family orientated business, proud of its organisational culture with the emphasis on teamwork. People at all levels are encouraged to “roll up their sleeves” and contribute to getting the job done. Many members of staff have been with the company from the early days and have grown with us. Over 65% of staff have completed four years of service or more (30% over 10 year’s service).

Product Development
Pama continues to innovate introducing many industry firsts including a range of exclusively designed products. We strongly believe this enables our customers to drive higher rates of sale and yield greater profits. Pama places importance on diversifying the product range, which now includes PC Peripherals, Audio/MP3 accessories and LCD TV mounting brackets. This in turn has enabled us to extend our supply chain through many new channels.
Marketing
In existing market conditions it is important to differentiate and add value, Pama’s marketing team offers a bespoke and personalised service to all customers creating unique promotional opportunities. Point of sale displays, product brochures, distinctive packaging and interactive demonstration are all proven methods that heighten interest and increase saleability.
Supplier partnerships
We will continue to strengthen our relationships with new and existing partners to enhance further opportunities for our customers and endeavour to be proactive in developing new supplier relationships.
IT Investment
Pama has invested over £1.5 million to create a state of the art stock system. Since its launch in Pama has continually introduced further enhancements to its service capabilities.
