All our staff are an important cog in our machine and to help their development we had over 50% of staff who have studied for NVQ’s, HNC’s and apprenticeship. We currently have 12 members of staff studying for an NVQ and are also researching a nationwide Fone Bitz launch.

Pama also runs an employee of the month incentive for those employees who go that extra mile.

We are currently looking to recruit sales account managers for a fast paced target driven environment.

Previous sales experience is essential as this is a telephone based role contacting a large number of existing customers.

Good basic salary with an uncapped monthly bonus.
