Pama acheives silver award from Investors in People Pama are now in the top two percent of recognised companies in the Investors in People scheme, by achieving Silver Award status.
Mike Hopkinson, the group Sales Director said "On behalf of the Pama Group and our staff I am delighted that we have achieved this recognition. I didn’t realise that only 2% of companies getting the IIP award do so at silver level so that’s an added bonus. What I think is really important is that all the things one has to do to get this recognition we have been doing as part of our business development process not just in order to gain an award. This means our people are bought into the processes we have adopted as they have seen the progression of the business that has come from it. Actually going through the evaluation process was valuable as it gave us further indicators of where we can continue to improve in the future.”

On 7th July 2011 we celebrated 30 years trading.
Pama is one of the leading distributors in the mobile accessories industry, winning numerous awards including the Millenium Award and the Queen’s Award for Innovation for its patented Plug ‘N’ Go range We distribute products from established companies such as Parrot, Krusell, Ring, Cobra and Plantronics, as well as newcomers like Tetrax and Dexim. We were also first to market with 12/24V chargers for use in commercial vehicles.
