Items that are in stock are always dispatched within 24 hours and delivery is usually next day.

We have designed our site to be as simple to use as possible and on this page we provide some simple tips on how to search, browse and purchase.

Searching

The easiest way to find what you're looking for is to search for it. The ‘Search’ box is on the top right of every page.

Simply type the name or product code of what you are looking for into the box and click ‘Search’. If you don’t find what you want straight away, here are a few tips:

• Keep it simple
  Best results are often obtained if you enter just one or two key words from the name or brand of the product. Try using the least common words. Using words like ‘the’, ‘and’, ‘a’, etc. which will produce many results.
• Don’t worry about punctuation
  Adding punctuation is not necessary when searching. The pama.com search engine will reveal the same results ‘proper punctuation’ or not.
• Try a different search category
  If you can’t find the product searching by name or brand try searching by product category instead. For example, Bluetooth handsfree or chargers.

Browsing

Searching is not the only way to find what your looking for – browsing the site is also an option. The main product categories and brands of the site are shown at the top left of every page in the grey / blue navigation bar; simply click the tabs to move between different product areas.

Once you have chosen a product area, you can then choose a more specific category by clicking one of the sub group options on the selected product page. You can also select brands in the product page and narrow your search by a specific brand using Browse Brands on the left of every page.

For example, you can narrow down your browse criteria in Bluetooth Handsfree choosing In Car Bluetooth Handsfree or Bluetooth Handsfree Headsets – the choice is yours!

Wish List

If a product is listed but not available or due in, you can choose the ‘Wish List’ service.

For these products simply click ‘Add to Wishlist’. The products selected for ‘Wishlist’ will remain in this area until it has been purchased or removed

Purchasing

Making a purchase at Pama.com is easy and secure.

• Choosing an item
  When you find an item you want to purchase, click the ‘add to basket’ button. The item will be added to your ‘Shopping Basket’ you may then continue shopping or checkout. The contents of your basket will remain permanently displayed on the top left of every page.
• Paying for your item
  When you are ready to buy, click the ‘Go To Checkout’ button in the Shopping Basket.
• Confirming your item and payment
  During the checkout process we will ask you to confirm the delivery address, delivery options and payment method. We will then show you the total cost of your purchase. Once you have checked these details and clicked ‘Confirm’ you will have completed your purchase. An email will be sent to confirm you order and a web order number will be issued.

Forgotten something? You can continue shopping or return to your basket After order confirmation, any additional purchases made will be treated as a new order in your basket.

Saving your Basket. If you have assembled an order featuring several items but do not want to purchase immediately you can take advantage of our Save to Basket feature. 

• Simply click the "Save Basket" button. 
• Enter a name for your basket to distinguish it from other saved baskets

On returning to the site, the contents of your basket can easily be retrieved by logging in, going to the basket page and clicking the "Retrieve Basket" button.  You will then be presented with a list of all your saved baskets.  Select the basket you want to purchase, review the items and click copy to basket.
